What: Tandoori (formerly Persian Palate) Where: Cor. Sta. Catalina & San Juan Streets, Beside La Residencia Almar, Dumaguete City Salam (Hello)!Tandoori is a restaurant which offers Persians Persian Cuisine/Middle Eastern Cuisine. I believe it was a franchise when they still operated under the name “Persian Palate”. I wonder why they changed it to Tandoori. There’s a new restaurant in Dumaguete. And as with all new restaurants, they must be put to the test. So off I went to Larena Drive in Motong with my dinner buddies to check out the new place. Near the intersection going to Pulantubig, right in front of Aly Mae US Surplus, is Conrad’s Diner. It is quite confusing, this restaurant.
